Our Client

This family-owned and operated enterprise combines the best of both worlds—intensive irrigated and dryland cropping alongside a grazing operation. It’s not just about hard work; it’s also about smart work, utilising the latest precision agriculture technology to stay at the forefront of modern farming. They manage the entire process from sowing to harvesting and transport, using their own fleet of trucks to deliver produce to multiple locations.

The Location

Nested in the fertile Golden Triangle of NSW, Bristol Farming spans 18,000 acres, with 14,500 acres dedicated to cultivation in the Croppa Creek area. Situated roughly halfway between Moree and Goondiwindi, the property is conveniently located just 5-10 kilometers from Croppa Creek, which offers a local primary school, mobile preschool and general store.

The Role

As a Farm Hand, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of operations, from sowing and harvesting to maintaining state-of-the-art machinery. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in the future of farming. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team, gain exposure to cutting-edge farming technology, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for farming and a willingness to embrace new challenges

• Ability to manage time effectively, both independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

• Digital literacy and an interest in agricultural technology

• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform routine maintenance

• HR Driver’s License and ChemCert certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness to work longer hours during peak seasons
