The Gardener is responsible for the general upkeep, tidiness and maintenance of the station’s grounds.

This position requires an independent person capable of working as part of a team who is willing to live in remote environments and enjoy the warm climate offered at our cattle stations.

Duties

• Mowing/Whipper Snipping
• Watering/Fertilising
• Pruning Potting/Planting
• Weed Management
• Other duties as required

Essential Criteria

• Interest and/or experience in rural locations and the Outback.
• Demonstrated passion for farming and enthusiasm to learn more
• Manual Drivers License Truck License (MR)
• Current basic first aid certificate
• Q-Fever vaccination

Physical Requirements

This is a physical job that can be physically demanding. You will need the ability to lift, or move up to 20 kilos and occasionally more. You will be expected to be able to bend, kneel, climb, lift, and grasp various items of equipment.
